The Ann B. Reichsman Community Health Center expands access and provides support to women with comprehensive care during pregnancy – and all stages of life – while also supporting the health care needs of their children and family. Open across the parking lot from our Ridge Community Health Center, we are now accepting patients and look forward to expanding our ability to provide affordable healthcare to the people in our community!

This health center is named in honor of our current senior medical advisor and former medical director, Ann B. Reichsman, MD, the services provided at this new health center location will help NFP continue to combat the infant mortality crisis in Cuyahoga County. Dr. Reichsman is also a founding physician of the first Neighborhood Family Practice.
