Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP) offers comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. Each year, nearly 19,000 patients receive quality care in our bilingual, multicultural offices.

For Current Patients: Your health and well-being are our top priorities. At NFP, you have 24/7 access to your care team for health-related questions. Simply call your medical office anytime, day or night. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
For New Uninsured Patients: If you are uninsured, you must meet with a financial counselor before scheduling a doctor’s visit. Please see our Services for Uninsured and Low-Income Patients and call us to make an appointment.
